Tools Needed for a P80 Build
Here is everything you need to complete a Polymer80 frame and assemble a functional pistol.
Included with Frame
- Polymer80 jig (model-specific)
- Drill bits (sized for pin holes)
- End mill bit (for rail cleanup)
Required Tools
- Drill press or hand drill (press strongly recommended)
- Pin punch set (3mm and 4mm)
- Small hammer or mallet
- Needle-nose pliers
- Sandpaper (220, 320, 400 grit)
- Vise or clamping system
Recommended Tools
- Dremel rotary tool with sanding drum (for channel cleanup)
- Channel liner installation tool
- Front sight pusher tool
- Glock armorer’s plate
- Locking block pin starter punch
